Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you simply changed your mind, we accept returns or exchanges on any item within a 30-day return period, provided the product is in brand new, sellable, unused and unopened, and still in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.

A 4% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns of unused and unopened items in their original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. The restocking fee and return postage do not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Goods broken in transit, incorrect or missing items

Please report any incorrect, missing, or damaged items to Baitboats within 24 hours of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the courier and resolve it quickly. If an item you received is not what you ordered, leave it in its original packaging and contact us by email at [email protected].

Baitboats retains title of any extra goods that have been dispatched in error.

Warranty

All products sold by Baitboats come with a minimum 6-month manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship.

1. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
2. Baitboats handles every claim directly. We may consult the supplier when assessing a fault, but you deal only with us.
3. If a product is faulty, we cover the shipping costs to and from Baitboats, including arranging collection where needed. If an item is assessed as not faulty, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
